We were saddened to hear of Uncle Ken's passing. He was a great man, a true role model and very much respected by both of us. He was especially loved by Mum who, I know, had a special place in her heart for her little brother.

I was saddened to read of Ken’s passing when my sister sent me a photo of the notice in the paper. I wish to extend my deepest and heartfelt sympathy to you, Jason, Nicki, their partners and families.
In times gone by we used to see a lot of each other, but after we moved to Wellington 36 years ago and we became busy with our respective lives, families and grandchildren that didn’t happen very often. I think the last time I saw you both in person was when Selwyn and I had a delightful lunch together at that Hilton Hotel, Frankton, probably 6-7 years ago.
