THOMPSON, Owen James, of Alexandra. – Peacefully on Sunday, 14 August 2022, at Dunstan Hospital, Clyde, aged 96 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Billee, much loved father and father-in-law of Andrew and Rosalie (Balclutha), Peter and Karen (Invercargill), loved and cherished Grandad of Jennifer and Matthew, Catherine and Russell, Jonathan; and Ben, and loved GG of Joshua, Ruby, Benji, and Lucy; Summer, Harrison, and Evie. – A service to celebrate Owen’s life will be held in Central Otago Funeral Chapel, 16 Ennis Street, Alexandra, on Friday, 19 August at 1:30pm, followed by private cremation.
