TWADDLE Elaine Joan (of Ferndale) – Suddenly, but peacefully on Saturday, 15 July, 2023, at Southland Hospital, aged 79 years. Daughter of the late Margaret and Stewart Henderson (Stirling). Loved wife of the late Bill, mother and mother-in-law of Grant and Julia (Christchurch); Alison and Steve (Cromwell); good friend of Tania Henare. Loved Nana Elaine of Ethan; Liam and Jess; and the late Nicola Henare; Kolbie and Jessica McDonald; and Elizabeth Twaddle Warry. Great grandmother of Tamati and her soon to arrive great granddaughter. Loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Ewan and Betty Henderson (Balclutha), and all the Twaddles. Elaine’s service will begin with a coffee at Southern Funeral Home, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore, on Wednesday, 19 July, at 1pm, followed by interment at Mataura Cemetery.
