My condolences to the Windle family.

Windy is what I knew him as a meat inspector at Mataura freezing works. Yes he was my mentor when I first started there. And he was full of stories and telling jokes and showing you a better and more efficient way of doing your job. If you were willing and eager to learn he would take you under his wing and show you. I will remember the few years I worked with him and loved hearing everyone's stories they just shared of him.

Rest in Peace Windy, you will be dearly missed and loved by all

I did not know John personally but I knew Marilyn and her family back in my school days. This is so sad and the service was very memorable and to Marilyn take care and those memories of John will be a blessing
