BLANCH, Jewel – Peacefully at Ranui Care Home, Alexandra, on Monday, July 6, 2026, aged 87 years. Sadly missed and dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Deslie, Evan and Judith, Owen and Margaret, and the late Gayle.
Jewel will now be very contented to be with her seeing eye dog Sieger who has waited many years to be her guide dog again, but then there will be many dogs, chooks, and a pony waiting in the shadows to rush up to Jewel to show their love. The Blanch family send bucketfuls of thanks to the caring Ranui staff. Jewel chose a private farewell.
