 BLACKFORD, Jan (nee Hook) – Peacefully at Arvida Care Home, Queenstown, on Friday, 15 May 2026, aged 70 years. Dearly loved and adored wife of Cliff (Leigh), loved mother and mother-in-law of Alex and Rochelle and Kelly and Rhys. Cherished grandma of Karli, Jaxon, Winter and Aspen.
