FRATER, Ian Arthur – (in his own words), has not passed away, he is still in town – just dead. Briefly missed by his accountant, lawyers, doctor, and pharmacist and to a lesser degree by IRD. Celebrated with mixed feelings by his beneficiaries and fondly by good friends – mostly deceased.
