SHAW, Eric David, (of Tapanui, formerly Wyndham) - Peacefully at Resthaven Village, Gore, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, aged 91 years. Beloved husband of Barbara, loved Dad and father-in-law of Keith and Trudy (Christchurch), Sandra and John Gow (Rolleston), and the late Steven; loved Poppa and Grandad of Emma, Sophie; Simon and Tracy, David and Ainsley, Mark and Breezy; and of his 5 great-grandchildren. Loved brother and brother-in-law of *Ethel and *Ram Naidu, Gwyn and Ron Cogswell (Te Awamutu), Marj and George Morrison (Waikaka Valley), Jean and *Kim Jarvis (Havelock North), David and Zeta Hey (Stratford), and loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate the life of Eric will be held at The Church On The Way (Presbyterian), Sussex Street, Tapanui, on Saturday, August 30, at 2.00pm following a private interment at Wyndham Cemetery. Messages to: 49 Sussex Street, Tapanui 9522 (*denotes deceased)
