BLACK David John – Suddenly, on Wednesday, 28 June 2023, at Queenstown, the day before his 69th birthday. Most dearly loved husband and best friend of Jude, loved and loving father and father-in-law of Todd and Kerry, and Elyse, devoted Grandad Dave to Beau and Jaxon. Loved son-in-law of Irene, brother and brother-in-law to Jan and Peter, Dalwyn, Karen and Fraser, and Raelene. A service to celebrate Dave’s life will be held in the Queenstown Memorial Centre, 1 Memorial Street, on Wednesday, 5 July, at 2-00 p.m., private cremation to follow. My Sympathy and thoughts to the Black family. I know exactly how you are feeling right now.
My Husband Pat Hickey also from Balfour died on 26th June at Gold Coast University Hospital Australia He was 73. The funeral was in Queenstown (Burial at Frankton Cemetery) on 10th July. I remember we knew Dave & Jeff at Twin Rivers Jet boats when we lived in Queenstown
